Bug fixing

Bugs are inappropriate behavior of the software. If you report a bug in the QGIS Enterprise Suite causing a problem a priority level is assigned determining the bug fixing period.

Level 1 (high-priority): the bug causes the software to completely break. We will start fixing it within 24 hours and will get you a custom fix to the problem ASAP.

Level 2: the bug degrades the performance of the software but a work-around exists. We will fix the bug in the next scheduled release of the software.

Level 3: the bug has a minor impact on the software. We may fix the bug in the next release.

Max response time

Maximum time between a request for support and the direct contact with a QGIS Enterprise technician.
